By accessing or using BailWatch Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.
2. Description of Service
BailWatch Pro provides real-time inmate monitoring, booking alerts, re-arrest notifications, client management, payment tracking, court calendar management, and digital document tools for bail bond professionals. The Service includes access to data from over 3,100+ facilities nationwide.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription & Payment
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to violate any applicable local, state, or federal law, or to harass, threaten, or intimidate others. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.
6. Data Accuracy
While BailWatch Pro strives to provide accurate and timely information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data provided through the Service. Data is sourced from public records and third-party systems, and we are not responsible for errors, omissions, or delays in data reporting.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of BailWatch Pro and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
BailWatch Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
