1. 3-Day Free Trial
BailWatch Pro offers a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. During the trial period, you have full access to all features included in your selected plan. No payment information is required to start the trial.
2. Subscription Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 3 days of your first subscription payment. Refund requests must be submitted by contacting our support team at support@bailwatchpro.com or calling (833) 721-2245.
3. Add-On Refunds
Add-on services (Inmate Alerts, County Monitoring) are eligible for a pro-rata refund within 3 days of purchase. After the 3-day period, add-on charges are non-refundable but the service will remain active until the end of the billing period.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation: your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period, no further charges will be made, and your data will be available for export for 30 days after cancellation.
5. Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
6. Exceptions
The following are not eligible for refunds: accounts terminated for violations of Terms of Service, charges older than 3 days, and promotional or discounted subscriptions offered at a reduced rate.
