1. Data Sources

BailWatch Pro aggregates data from publicly available county jail booking systems, court records, and law enforcement databases. This data includes booking information, charges, bond amounts, and court dates. All data is obtained from publicly accessible sources.

2. Data Processing

We process booking data through our monitoring systems to identify new bookings, re-arrests, and court date changes. Our systems run 24/7 to ensure near real-time data delivery. Processing includes matching names across counties, updating records, and generating alerts.

3. Data Accuracy

We strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information. However, data accuracy depends on the source systems. We do not modify, alter, or manipulate source data. Users should verify critical information directly with the relevant county or court system.

4. Data Retention

Active account data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Alert history and logs are retained for 12 months. Client records are retained for the duration of the account plus 30 days. Archived data may be retained in encrypted backups for up to 90 days after deletion.

5. Data Access & Export

You may access and export your data at any time through the Service. Upon account cancellation, you have 30 days to export your data. After the 30-day period, your data will be permanently deleted from our active systems.

6. Data Compliance

BailWatch Pro complies with applicable federal and state data protection laws, including FCRA limitations on the use of consumer report information. Our platform is not a consumer reporting agency and data should not be used for FCRA-regulated purposes.

7. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not share your client data, alert history, or business data with third parties except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy. County monitoring data remains confidential and is only accessible to authorized users within your account.
