By providing your phone number and/or email address, you consent to receive communications from BailWatch Pro, including booking alerts, re-arrest notifications, payment reminders, system updates, and marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply to SMS communications.
2. Types of Communications
Alert Notifications
Booking alerts, re-arrest alerts, court date reminders, and payment notifications. These are essential service communications.
Account Communications
Account updates, billing notifications, security alerts, and service announcements.
Marketing Communications
Product updates, promotional offers, and newsletters. You can opt out at any time.
3. Opt-Out Options
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by: updating your notification preferences in Settings, clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or contacting support@bailwatchpro.com. Note: You cannot opt out of essential service notifications.
4. Frequency
Alert frequency depends on your monitoring settings and county activity. Account communications are sent as needed. Marketing emails are typically sent 1-2 times per month. SMS frequency varies based on your alert configuration.
5. Carrier Liability
BailWatch Pro is not liable for charges imposed by your mobile carrier for SMS or data usage. Standard message and data rates apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan's messaging capabilities.
6. Withdrawing Consent
You may withdraw consent for SMS communications at any time by texting STOP in reply to any message or by updating your preferences in the app. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the validity of communications sent before your withdrawal.
